Complaints Procedure

I have a complaints procedure in place to ensure that all feedback is documented, analysed and action taken when needed. 

If you have reason  to make a complaint, please send an email to retail@ourons.co.uk Your email will get a reply within 7 days. 

The actions I might take upon recieving a complaint include requesting a return of the goods, issuing a refund or seeking further information. 

Nothing in my complaints procedure affects or supercedes your legal rights as a consumer.
