FREE UK Delivery

For all orders of any weight – We deliver free to all UK postcodes.  

Orders are despatched promptly either the same or very next working day and most items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class, so they will get there in about two or three working days.

With the ongoing covid situation I have seen sporadic long delays. You might not have any problems in your area locally, other post may have arrived just fine. Though post might not be delayed at your end, it might be the sorting office this end or any in between. Please keep that in mind.

Orders are despatched Monday – Friday. Orders received on Friday after approx 11am will be despatched on Monday.

Larger items, 5 litres and over will be delivered by courier and someone will need to be around to sign for the delivery. Please keep that in mind when ordering and please dont forget to add your telephone number to your contact details as sometimes the courier needs the number. Incomplete addresses, large orders with no contact number will be delayed to allow time to gather the correct detail.

Europe Delivery

£5 GBP Per item. If ordering many small items, please email for a quote as the shipping may be cheaper.

UPS is our courier for deliveries on mainland Europe. They will take approx 7-10 days and will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you include your phone number with your order details for the courier. Orders may be cancelled if the delivery details are not complete.

Despatch Notices

You will be send an email when your order is despatched. If you do not see any emails in your inbox then please also check your other folders, like spam or junk folders. ( Occasionally I do get orders with an incorrect email address. If the order has been paid by paypal then I can get the right email address. If not then I cant and you wont get any notices. )

Bank holidays and extreme weather will hinder despatch and deliveries at times.
