Our 11 year old retriever was struggling a bit on his walks and having trouble getting in and out of the car. I have 3 Lhasa Apso’s and 1 GSD. I started giving them pure salmon oil a couple of months back as i heard it was good for the dogs skin and coat. Two of my lhasa’s and the GSD often get very itchy skin in the spring/summer time. One of the lhasa’s in particular is really itchy and i used to have to give her half a hayfever tablet once a day. Since starting on the salmon oil there has been a huge difference! No itching, no scratching, not as much casting from the shepherd and best of all no hayfever tablets needed! Well worth a try.
